Terms of Service

ASKQA GLOBAL is a public intake surface operated by ASKQA. By submitting a form you agree that:

• Your submission is unverified until ASKQA independently confirms it. Submission does not create a contract, partnership, or guaranteed match.
• You provide accurate information and have authority to share company/contact details you submit.
• ASKQA may refuse, hold, or remove submissions (including after an abuse report) without prior notice.
• When a deal is introduced and closed through ASKQA’s confirmed process, a success / commission fee may apply as agreed in writing for that opportunity.
• The public site does not execute trade, escrow, or privileged commands. Confirmation happens in a separate private system.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what you submit on the forms: company details, product/sourcing text, destination/country, optional phone, and email. We also store a short hashed network identifier for abuse prevention (not used for marketing).

• Use: to evaluate and, if confirmed, match demand and supply; to contact you about your submission; to handle abuse reports.
• Storage: submissions DB on our public API infrastructure, HTTPS in transit.
• Sharing: we do not sell your contact list.
• Retention: request deletion of an unverified submission via askqamedia@gmail.com.
• Cookies / analytics: no marketing cookies by default.
• Public board: anonymized category/region only.
